Scope
ALLMEN was initially contracted to undertake the construction of a new 3 story composite steel-concrete carpark. The 6000m2 steel structure was erected in 3 weeks and the king-floor composite steel deck was completed 2 weeks after.

Following the completion of the carpark, ALLMEN undertook the construction of the main shopping centre roof, awnings, plant rooms and feature travelator structure. The scope involved detailed design drawings, surface treatment, fabrication and erection.

The project involved the tripling the existing retail space including a new gym, upgraded Coles supermarket, child care centre, additional retail and commercial tenancies and new multi-level car park facility.
