Macquarie Centre

Scope
Allmen was contracted to undertake the engineering, procurement and construction of the composite structural-steel-concrete superstructure, and bridging the shopping centre across Link Road and creating four new levels above. The scope also included underpinning and strengthening of the existing shopping centre.

The project comprised of a complete facelift of the existing 100,500m2 shopping centre as well as an extension creating a total of 138,500m2 of retail space, making it NSW's largest suburban shopping centre.
