Scope
ALLMEN was contracted to undertake the procurement and construction of the steel strengthening works of the existing structure, the 30m curved atrium roof, façade and awning steelwork to the new Victoria avenue arcade.

The scope also included the supply and installation of bondek, shear studs and edge form.

The project involved $110 million renovation of the existing shopping center. Consisting of the demolition of the 2 story Victoria Avenue arcade and the construction of a new 5 story 3000M2 arcade.

It also involved upgrade works to the existing center and construction of a 30m wide curved atrium roof.
