Scope
ALLMEN was contracted to undertake the engineering, procurement and construction of the composite structural-steel-concrete superstructure.

The scope also included underpinning and strengthening of the existing shopping centre.

The project included a complete facelift of the shopping centre.

Including a 5 level multi-storey car park, new fresh food court, a brand new Myer department store, a new two level parallel mall linking Myer to existing centre and over 70 new retail outlets.
